Monthly Billing
Your membership fee is automatically charged to the credit card on file each month on your membership anniversary date.

Cancellation Policy
After the first month, a minimum of 30 days' notice is required to cancel your membership. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all membership appointments.

Rollover Credits
Unused monthly massage credits roll over indefinitely. Your monthly membership credit is for the account holder only and cannot be transferred to another person.

Household Members & Additional Massages
Membership holders and eligible household members may receive additional massages at the member rate. However, the monthly membership credit itself is reserved for the account holder.

No Refunds
Membership payments are nonrefundable. No refunds are provided for membership fees or unused massage credits.
